Refund Policy.
All of our products are hand crafted specifically for you when you order them. Everything from a custom etched and hand polished comb, to a bar of soap or a bag of coffee is received on our end and THEN made. You are all our friends and we want to offer you the best - this means giving you the freshest possible ingredients.
Therefore, we have a 3 day policy for returns should you decide you want to change or retract your order. After those 3 days, your money goes into the production of your order, paying employees, business expenses and helping those in need. Unlike large warehouse stores, everything is made specifically and crafted on demand with love (remember how Grandma always told you her secret ingredient was love? So is ours.) for you.
And because of our calling to help the community after a purchase is finalized, the profits are quickly sent on their way to help a neighbor in need.
If you receive a broken or defective product, please send us a picture and we will do our best to accommodate you!
